Creative Neighborhoods: COVID-19 Work Projects. We are partnering with Create Boulder are to launch a new project fund to support artists who have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Each project helps neighbors stay connected during the restrictions or to help people reconnect, recover and adjust to new social conditions.
